Feedback from Healthy Minds Roadshow session

The Healthy Minds priority for Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership is running its first roadshow. An opportunity for you to find out about the work we do for Healthy Minds (mental health, learning disability, neurodiversity, and substance use). You will hear how the NHS, councils, independent care providers, and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector are acting as one to meet the needs of our communities.

We have developed a short survey for attendees of the sessions, to gather feedback about your experience as this will help plan for future sessions.
